Below is an overview of the Plan&Simple process.

Phase 1: Review
Plan&Simple will arrange a phone call to introduce the service and learn more about you and your project, consolidate documentation and prepare a fee proposal for Plan&Simple management.
Phase 2: Coordinate & Manage
Engage and brief consultants required to prepare fee proposals, reports, and documentation. Manage these consultants throughout the process to obtain final documentation for the application. Coordinate and manage payments for levies and other payments outlined in checklist. You will receive fortnightly reports throughout the process to keep you informed on timeframes.
Phase 3: Prepare
Conduct a review of all the reports and documentation obtained by consultants that satisfy the checklist and council conditions.
Phase 4: Submission
Consolidate and package all reports and documentation into shared folder, available to clients. Lodge via appropriate approval portals (NSW Planning Portal or Council).
